Having been a resident of Society Hill since the roads where still dirt, and the buildings where just starting to be constructed, I can be your advocate for all your needs in both our community, as well as Mountainview Farms across the street. 20 years later, I still call Society Hill at Branchburg home.

Society Hill is located in Branchburg Township in Somerset County, New Jersey. The township includes the communities of North Branch and Neshanic Station. Branchburg is approximately 35 miles southwest of Newark, New Jersey, an covers a total area of 20.2 square miles, being eleven miles long, and approximately 2 miles across at its widest point..

About the Community

The community of Society Hill consists of a combination of 2 1/2 bath, 2 or 3 bedroom townhomes and 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominiums full of diverse residents who are proud of thier community. Some units include fireplaces, skylights and sunrooms.

Clubhouse

The clubhouse is located on Breckenridge Drive by the swimming pool and tennis courts. The clubhouse can be rented by homeowners to have a small party. No alcohol, pets or smoking is allowed. The clubhouse can accommodate approximately 45 people.

This is also the location of the on-site Property Manager's office, that is staffed several days a week.

Swimming Pool

The Swimming Pool at Society Hill is located behind the clubhouse. There are two (2) bathrooms, a pay phone and an outdoord shower on the site. Only homeowners with a current access badge are allowed access. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. During hours that the pool is open, a life guard is on duty.

Homeowners are allowed to buy guest passes for friends and visiting family

Tennis Court

Another amenity of Society Hill is the tennis court located adjacent to the clubhouse. You must be accompanied by a homeowner as the court is not open to the general public. Key access is made via application to the Management Office.
